Event Media/Facility Usage Request Form
Media Request: You will be contacted via email confirming the details of your event as soon as the request is reviewed by our Media Department - in some cases, depending on the size of the event, we may ask to set up a creative meeting with our team and yours. We gently ask to allow up to 2.5 weeks for design, proofing, and print. We generally encourage submitting the request 2 - 2.5 weeks from the time you want to start marketing/promoting your event.
